Everyone faces that moment when left with 2 major choices of which one isn’t really a choice. I am talking about choosing between oneself or diving into the abyss. My choice put me on a plane direction Ibiza 5 years ago for a week of self – discovery coupled with a first introduction to yoga. I started exploring with various forms of yoga to figure out what really called me. In the end, and against all my expectations, Kundalini Yoga stole my heart. The combination of chanting, movement and meditation gave me a deep sense of peace as well as a boost of energy. After completing my teacher training  200hr Aligment – Orientated Flow Yoga by Yoga Alliance, I continued with the Kundalini Yoga teacher training 220hr level 1 by KRI and for the moment occupied and enjoying my 300hr level 2 modules by KRI.

To inspire and motivate people has become both my intention and joy. Wherever we may find ourselves on the path, yoga can help us find that balance we all seek. Sometimes it can be an anchor to hold onto, a place to land in this sometimes maddening and busy world, a simple and meaningful way to keep that connection with ourselves.

I invite you all to my classes and look forward meeting you on the path.

Sat Nam,

Harmony Hunter
