Before she started to teach yoga, Goedele Leyssen was a busy beauty editor. When she was about to crash under the pressure of some work- and relation-related issues, she had the opportunity to travel to India where she discovered yoga and meditation. That was 10 years ago. Since then, Goedele trained as a gong player, a sat nam rasayan practitioner and a kundalini yoga teacher. She still follows the kundalini yoga tradition, but next to that, she developed her own Total Body & Soul Workout concept; an uplifting mix of endurance, flexibility and strength training with powerful breathing and relaxation techniques. Through her teachings, Goedele inspires people to connect with their body, with the rhythm of their breath and the wisdom in their heart. Besides being a spiritual teacher, Goedele is also a certified holistic nutritionist. She still writes healthy lifestyle articles for Het Laatste Nieuwsand she wrote three books: Boost(2014), Balans(2015) and MoodFood(2017). Goedele loves to teach at festivals like the Happinez Festival, Paradise City, Tomorrowland and of course also at Yogaland.
