Anat took her first yoga class on the spring of 1996. She loved it so much she keeps on doing it do this day. During those years yoga kept unfolding and expanding, revealing every time unimaginable vistas and possibilities. The more you learn the more you begin, and the practice stays always fresh and full of joy.

She studied intensely with Teresa Caldas and Dona Holleman, and since 2009 she studies Yin Yoga and chakra meditation with masters Paul and Suzee Grilley, whom she regularly assists. With them she deepened her meditation practice and philosophical explorations, which are now completely woven in her classes.

Anat combines the strong Yang elements of strength and rhythm with the Yin elements of kindness and silence into the classes, always focusing on practicing with awareness and joy – and humor!
